Mike Jou is an award-winning industrial designer and educator with over 25 years of experience designing everything from cars to consumer electronics. A consummate leader, Mike founded the Global Underhood Design Studio at General Motors and the Industrial Design team at Comcast. As an educator, his students at The College for Creative Studies, Wayne State University, Drexel University, and Jefferson University have provided him opportunities to craft future generations of designers and the outcomes they create.

Since moving to Philly in 2013, Mike is thrilled that innovation in the City of Brotherly Love is booming. He's excited to join CreateAccess and contribute to their mission of cultivating the next generation of 3D designers, a field of technology and innovation that is often overlooked in STEM and STEAM programming.
